We prepare the documents international insurers typically require: an itemized English receipt, a medical certificate, procedure codes and a completed claim form. Whether a procedure is reimbursed depends on your policy; we provide documentation, not coverage decisions. Payment can be made by international credit card.

You receive a written estimate in English after consultation, or after a video pre-consultation if you want a figure before booking flights. The estimate itemises the procedure, anesthesia, the recovery suite if an overnight stay is planned, the follow-up check, and the insurance documents. Prices follow the clinic's published non-covered fee list, which Korean clinics are required to post.

What changes the price: combining labiaplasty with clitoral hood reduction or labia majora augmentation, revision of a previous surgery, and the anesthesia plan. What does not change it: your nationality. International and Korean patients are quoted from the same fee list.

Most insurers treat labiaplasty as cosmetic and do not reimburse it unless there is a documented functional problem; if yours may, ask about pre-authorisation before you travel and we will provide the letter they need.
