How we quote
After consultation, or after a video pre-consultation if you want a figure before booking flights, you receive a written estimate in English. It names the procedure, the anesthesia plan, whether an overnight stay is included, the follow-up check, and the insurance documents.
What is included
Surgery and operating room, anesthesia, one night in a recovery suite where applicable, a follow-up check before departure, discharge instructions in English, and your insurance claim documents.
Payment
Payment can be made by international credit card. The written estimate states the total before anything is booked.
Published fee list
Korean clinics are required to publish their fees for non-covered treatments. Ours is published on the clinic's Korean website, and the estimate you receive follows it.
Insurance documents
Whether a procedure is reimbursed depends on your policy. We prepare an itemized English receipt, a medical certificate, procedure codes and a completed claim form, and a pre-authorisation letter if your insurer asks for one.
