Documents we prepare
An itemized receipt in English, a medical certificate stating diagnosis and procedure, procedure codes, and a completed claim form for your insurer. Operative notes can be summarised in English on request.
Timeline
Ask for the documents when you book so they are ready as early as possible. If a form arrives from your insurer after you are home, send it to us and we will complete it.
What your insurer decides
Whether a procedure is reimbursed depends on your policy: many insurers exclude cosmetic procedures and cover functional ones such as incontinence or prolapse repair, often with pre-authorisation. Ask your insurer before you travel; we provide any pre-authorisation letter they require.
Payment
Payment can be made by international credit card. The estimate you receive lists the total.
